The fact that the police officer acted within the law does not make him "right", and there are clearly contradictory laws on this subject. ┬áCivil disobedience is a very important part of how we deal with things here in America, as it has been since the founding of the country.´╗┐

He was allowed to be there, if the police doesn't even know the rules and is embarrassed when reading them. Is his problem.

They wonder why people don't respect most law enforcement. I'm not saying all police are bad, but a lot of them are.

I am indeed a Juror in this Virtual Courtroom Session. This Courtroom asks for 2 options about the defendents: Will Repeat? Won't Repeat? Well, I think that this defendent will certainly play music again and I hope he does. My my vote on this Jury panel is "Will Repeat" -- Play on Andrew! Keeping Playing!

I am also a Juror on this Virtual Courtroom Session. This musician Andrew Kalleen is a brave man and more people should stand up to abusive power the way that he did. I agree with him that if corporations can advertse in subway stations people should certainly be able to express themselves freely through music. My vote is "Will Repeat" and I hope he repeats playing his music many many more times..."Will Repeat"!
